Things good to know

 

   Festival prices and holidays are slightly higher than regular prices. The price depend on which Festival or Holiday the reservation is being made for. go to the Rooms & Rates page and look for the rates table to see prices for different festivals and holidays.

   Check-in between 2:00 and 6:00 PM. If arriving after 6.00 PM Please tell the reservation desk to make sure someone will be there to check you in, if arriving before 2 PM, stop by and if your room is ready we will check you in.

   Check-out time 11:00 am

   Free Downtown parking for all our guests.

   Cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to arrival, two weeks for 3 or more days or 3 rooms or more, ONE MONTH on festival weekends and holidays, and the month of December.

   Rates are subject to change without notice.

   Prices do not include sales tax.

  

   All of our rooms and suites, from the standard queen to our best suites all have free broadband wireless internet access, all  Non-smoking rooms, Air conditioned, equipped with refrigerator, Microwave, Toaster, hair dryer, Iron and iron board, Cable Television with HBO, DVD/CD player. And we have fireplaces in the majority of the rooms. In-room coffee and tea service, bathtub and shower amenities, in all rooms and suites, and Alarm clock radio.

 The Bavarian Ritz Hotel is located just on Front Street the main street in downtown Leavenworth with free private parking lot Exclusive for our guests. As you step out of the hotel you are in the middle of all the shops and restaurants in downtown. Located in the scenic heart of Downtown Leavenworth, Washington, "The Bavarian Village" the Bavarian Ritz Hotel is easily accessible

   from Highway 2.Get on Front street (a one way street) in the beginning of town, we are the first big building on your right, but our parking lot will be on your left, between Gustav's and Visconti's buildings. Park your car there and cross the street to our building.

From Seattle via Interstate 90

 

   Travel east on Interstate 90 past Cle-Elum. Take the Wenatchee exit (milepost 85). Go east on State Rt. 970 for 11.9 miles to US 97. Follow Highway 97 north over Blewett Pass for 35 miles to the junction of Highway 2. Turn left and travel west on Highway 2 for 4 miles to Leavenworth. Bypass Downtown to the beginning of Front street, our parking lot is just after Starbucks on your left. 

From Seattle via Highway 2

 

   Travel north on Interstate 405 from Seattle/Bellevue to Bothell where it meets Highway 522 east to Monroe. Head east on Highway 2 for 85 miles over Stevens Pass to the west boundary of Leavenworth. When you get to downtown get on front street, (a one way street) in the beginning of town, we are the first big building on your right, but our parking lot will be on your left. park your car there and cross the street to our building.

From Spokane via Interstate 90

 

   Travel west on Interstate 90 to the junction of Highway 281 near George. Travel north on Highway 281 to Quincy. Turn left on Highway 28 and travel west to Wenatchee to Highway 2. Stay on Highway 2 headed west to Leavenworth. Bypass Downtown to the beginning of Front street, our parking lot is just after Starbucks on your left. 

From Portland, Oregon

 

   Take I-5 north to Seattle. Go east on I-90 over Snoqualmie Pass. Past Cle-Elum follow signs to US-97 and Wenatchee over Blewett Pass. Turn left on Hwy 2 and travel 5 miles to Leavenworth. Bypass Downtown to the beginning of Front street, our parking lot is just after Starbucks on your left.

Ticket Purchase            Icicle Station is an un-staffed station and does not have a quik-trak machine at this time.  Tickets can be purchased via a number of ways. Reservations can be made via phone (1.800.872.7425) or the web  www.amtrak.com and tickets can be mailed to you (however, it will be UPS or FedEx). Reservations made within 3 days of departure date:  Reservations must be made via phone (1.800.872.7245).  When making the reservation, you must speak with an agent, and request your reservation number and your protect ID number.  You will then pay your fare on the train—cash or credit card-Visa/MV accepted. Amtrak is working on updating their on-line ticketing to facilitate web based ticketing.
